Running Beats

Running Beats reads the running workouts in Apple Health to suggest a tempo, and uses your iPhone’s motion sensors during a run to match the music to your stride. It starts a workout session so it can keep doing this with the screen locked, but saves nothing to Health. This data stays on your iPhone and is never shared with anyone, including our analytics providers.
